How To Search In Manage Alerts

Task: To Modify the Alerts with Edit ,Delete and Activity Actions

SubTask1: To edit the alert record and updation of alert

SubTask2: To view Activity changes done to Alert record

SubTask3: To Delete Alert Record Permanently

Login   -> Dashboard  >  Alert Management  -> Manage Alert

Manage Alert:

In Manage Alert, User can search for the Alerts based on the filters that were provided at the time of Alerts creation. 

Procedure to follow: Find the SLA Record which needs to be updated

  1. Enter required fields
  2. Click Search.

NOTE: User can also search for the records by any field in the screen.
After providing the fields, Click on search to display all the related records as referred below.

SubTask1: To edit the alert record and updation of alert

In the Edit Action “ACME_Percentage” has been replaced with “ACME-ClientBasedSLA-Percentage”.


SubTask2: To view Activity changes done to Alert record

This Action will display all the actions done to the file specifying the User Access along with date and time as referred below.

SubTask3: To Delete Alert Record Permanently

This action will delete the entire Client record permanently as referred below.
