How to search in Manage SLA

Task: To Modify the SLA’s/KPI’s with Edit ,Delete,View Activity and Graph Actions

SubTask1: To edit File Name from “%ACME%” to “%ACME” and also view the Graph , Activity and Delete the record.

SubTask2: To View Graph of the SLA record with Calculated SLA Value

SubTask3: To view Activity changes done to SLA record

SubTask4: To Delete SLA Record Permenantly

Manage SLA :In Manage SLA, User can search for the SLAs based on the filters that were provided at the time of SLA creation.

Steps to follow: Find the SLA Record which needs to be updated

  1. Enter required fields for search
  2. Click on Search button

NOTE: User can also search for the records by any field in the screen.After providing all the fields, Click on search to display all the related records as shown below.

If you want to make changes to the records like Edit/Graph/View Activity/Delete follow steps:
1. On the displayed records click on Action Tab.
2. Select the type of Action you want perform for the record refer below Action Tab.

SubTask1: To edit File Name of SLA from “%ACME%” to “%ACME” and to update the SLA(Client Based ACME Percentage SLA)

User can edit all the changes which are necessary and click to update referred below.Here, %ACME% has been modified with %ACME.

SubTask2: To View Graph of the SLA record with Calculated SLA Value

Graph’ in actions button shows the SLA value of that particular SLA/KPI in graphical representation as shown in figure 4.

SubTask3: To view Activity changes done to SLA record

This Action will display all the actions done to the file specifying the User Access along with date and time refered below.

SubTask4: To Delete SLA Record Permenantly

This action will delete the entire Client record permanently referred below.
