Task: To Search for an ACME_SLA_Alert_BelowYellowRange Alert raised in between 11/20/2018 10:41:48 and 11/21/2018 11:41:48.
Procedures to Follow:
To search for the alerts raised, need to follow the following procedure.
- Enter the duration (11/21/2018 11:41:48 and 11/21/2018 11:41:48).
- Enter the Alert Type.
- Enter the Client Name.
- Enter the Client Id of respective client.
- Enter the File Name.
- Enter the Alert Name .
- Enter the Alert Description.
Note: All the above mentioned fields are optional.
After providing required fields, Click on search to display all the related records as referred below.

For example, if Alerts are being searched based on Alert type like SLA Alert, all SLA alerts raised will be displayed.
Alert section has the ‘ACTIONS’ button where user will have an option to view a particular alert.
By clicking on the ‘View’ option, user can view entire details of particular alert.
