Dashboard

FileGPS Application provides numerous actions that could be performed on various types of files. 

Below are the different operations that are available in the Dashboard. (on the left side of the page) 

  • File Life Cycle
  • Reports
  • Client
  •  SLA/KPI
  • Alert Management
  • Configure
  • Access Management

The Home screen of the FileGPS application initially displays the ‘File Life Cycle’ tab of the available operations. 

The Layout of the dashboard is categorized into four sections. (displayed in all modules)   

  • Header 
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Left Navigation Menu
  • Content Area 

 Header :

The header consists of the PragmaEdge Logo with product name ‘Pragma Edge FileGPS’ on the top left corner.  

Hamburger (Toggle Switch): On clicking this, the menu will collapse and vice-versa. A welcome message with the username of the logged-in user is displayed on the top right corner of this section (see Figure 1: Header).

Breadcrumbs: 

In terms of usability, these reduce the number of actions taken in order to get to a higher-level page. An effective visual element that indicates the location of the user within the website’s hierarchy, making it a great source of contextual information for landing pages.

Left Navigation Menu: 

This panel is placed on the left side of the application which displays all operations tabs. where corresponding tabs redirect to their respective pages.

Content Area:

This panel has various fields which fetch the data upon the user search criteria. Based on the input user could perform actions on the data that is fetched or retrieved.
